Cookie policy
What cookies our website uses, why, and how you can control them.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They help a site work securely, remember choices and understand how it is used. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in much the same way and are covered by this policy.
How we use cookies
We keep cookies to a minimum. Our website does not need cookies to show you pages, and we do not use cookies to identify you personally.
Strictly necessary
These keep the website secure and cannot be switched off.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| __cf_bm, cf_clearance | Cloudflare | Protects the site and our forms from bots and abuse (including the Turnstile security check on forms). | Up to 30 minutes / session |
| tm_session | SHR Group | Keeps SHR staff signed in to the internal territory map. Only set on that staff tool. | 12 hours |
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how many people visit, which pages are useful and how visitors find us. The information is aggregated and helps us improve the site.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Distinguishes visitors so visits can be counted. | 2 years | |
| _ga_* | Keeps track of the current session. | 2 years |
Other tags managed through Google Tag Manager, such as conversion measurement, may set their own cookies. We review these regularly and will keep this page up to date.
Third-party websites
We link to our careers portal (Vincere), Google Maps, app stores and our Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram pages. Those sites set their own cookies when you visit them; please check their cookie policies.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most browsers also let you block third-party cookies only. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop our forms working. To stop Google Analytics on every site you visit, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
