These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not replace the separate terms that apply when we supply candidates to clients (our terms of business) or when candidates are engaged through us (our candidate and agency worker terms). Where those terms conflict with these, those terms apply.

Job listings and registration
Vacancies are published through our careers portal, which is provided by Vincere. Registering with us or applying for a role does not guarantee an interview, placement or particular rate. Roles, rates and availability can change at short notice, and we may remove a listing at any time.
Information on this website
Our guides and articles (for example on IR35, GMC registration, revalidation, visas and NHS pay) are general information to help you understand your options. They are not legal, tax, immigration, financial or clinical advice. Rules change, so always check the latest position with the relevant body (such as the GMC, HMRC, UK Visas and Immigration or NHS Employers) or a qualified adviser before acting.
We work to keep the website accurate and up to date but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current or free from errors.
Information you send us
When you use a form on this website you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. If you refer a friend or colleague, please make sure they are happy for us to contact them. We handle all personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
Refer a friend
Where we offer a referral reward, it is paid once the person you refer has registered with SHR Group and completed their first placement through us. One reward is paid per referred person, to the first person who referred them. We may change or end the scheme at any time; referrals already accepted at that point will be honoured. Contact us for full scheme details.
Acceptable use
You must not use this website in a way that is unlawful or fraudulent, that could damage or impair the site, or that interferes with anyone else's use of it. This includes attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems, introducing malicious code, submitting false or automated form entries, or copying the site's content at scale.
